| The "Tree of Life" is a permanent hand crafted bronze cast sculpture depicting a living and growing love for cancer patients, their families and friends.

To participate: decide who or what you would like to acknowledge with a permanent inscription on a leaf, acorn or stone. (see picture below) Fill in the form below and send donation to Candy's Place or make payment online.
You will receive an acknowledgement upon receipt and will be notified when your inscription is mounted. We will arrange for a photo to be taken as part of your gift. ~Caring~
Our memorial tree occupies the wall near the entrance of our resource center, and is a reminder of the compassion and care at the heart of Candy's Place. ~Remembering~

| The Center for Cancer Wellness is a non profit 501(c)(3) organization.
We rely completely on donations and support from individuals and organizations to operate on a daily basis. Without your help and generosity, we would not be able to provide the services and support that we offer to the individuals who need it.
