Gentle Yoga ~ Tuesday 5:30pm

Gentle yoga is an introduction to the benefits of learning to relax and energize with yoga specially designed for people with or without cancer.  Gentle yoga is for use on the not so good, low energy days. Gentle yoga is instructed by Theresa Novak.



Lite Cardio ~  Wed 5:30pm

Beginners and advanced fitness enthusiastics benefit from this class!  It is a full body workout with low to moderate intensity.  The participant determines the degree and intensity. To build strength and conditioning, students use weights, the ball and resistance tubing in a music setting.



Standing Strong ~ Wed & Fri 10:15am

The Standing Strong program incorporates walking (inside and out), tension bands, light weights, stretching and light exercise.  Usually all the classes are set to great music.

Gentle &Traditional Yoga ~ Thurs 5:30pm

The traditional yoga class is held by Theresa Novak. This class offers all the benefits that the more traditional type of yoga has to offer in meditation, breathing exercises and postures. Gentle yoga is described as above.
