DO THE TEN FAST FACTS
DO THE TEN is a 10 mile Team Relay Run that will be held on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Kirby Park in Kingston. Registration begins at 7:30am and the relay run will begin at 9am. We are looking for teams! Team themes are encouraged and there will be a prize for the best TEAM THEME. The relay run is ten miles and there will be a one mile marker point where runners will stop to pass the baton to their team mates. Individual runners will still stop to get a color sticker placed on their baton representing cancer colors. At the end of the relay, each team baton should have 10 different cancer colors looking like a "Rainbow of Hope" which Candy's Place represents.

Do I have to have a team? No, an individual can run the whole 10 miles if inclined to do so. Can I have less than 10 people but more than myself to run the relay? Yes. There can be teams that that are less than 10 people but more than one, but the team cost is still $250. What is the individual cost for registration? $25.00 Will I receive a t-shirt? All pre-registrants will receive a free t-shirt. Any day-of registrants are not guaranteed a t-shirt and sizes will be limited. Will there be any food and drinks? Yes. There will be food and drinks for participants following the relay run and at the mile marker. Can I raise more money for my team contributions? Yes! The team that raises the most money beyond the $250 team registration fee, will win a prize! Where does the monies raised go to?
